FAQ

Premium RO questions.

View all FAQs →

Does the installed price include the RO system?

Yes. The $1,299 installed package price includes the 6-stage reverse osmosis system, a dedicated drinking-water faucet and a standard under-sink installation by licensed and insured plumbers. No payment is collected online.

Where is the system installed?

In the cabinet beneath your kitchen sink. The dedicated faucet is mounted at the sink or countertop, usually beside your main faucet. Exact placement depends on your sink and cabinet, and we confirm it before installation.

Does this package include a faucet?

Yes. A dedicated drinking-water faucet is included in the package.

What is alkaline remineralization?

After reverse osmosis filtration, a remineralization stage adds a small amount of minerals back into the water, which can raise its pH slightly. Some people prefer the taste of mineral-added water.

How much space does it require?

The system and its storage tank both sit in the cabinet under your sink. Exact dimensions vary by model, and we confirm your cabinet space before installation.

Can it connect to my refrigerator or ice maker?

Often, depending on the system, the distance and your kitchen layout. A refrigerator or ice-maker connection isn't part of the standard installation and is quoted as an addition. Let us know when you schedule.

How often are filters replaced?

It depends on your water, how much you use and the equipment manufacturer's recommendations for this system. We'll go over what your system needs during the homeowner walkthrough.

What happens if my installation requires additional plumbing?

Installation requirements are confirmed before any work begins. If your home needs plumbing modifications beyond a standard under-sink installation, we explain what's needed and any additional charges first.
